    Beautiful sea views from the terrace made mornings lovely.

    The facilities were severely lacking. There was no proper area to relax with a drink or snack. The breakfast options were limited, and the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak times. My room was not soundproof, so I could hear everything from neighboring accommodations, which significantly affected my rest.

    The hotel provides excellent quality rooms and services located in a beautiful and very quiet part of Mallorca. The view across Fornells bay is outstanding.

    The pool bar was never open and its a long walk (up the hill) to get a cooling afternoon drink.

    The beds were very large and wonderfully comfortable, we slept really well. The hotel is quiet and would suit couples or singles who require peace and relaxation. Lovely views over the ocean.

    It falls short of being a 5 star, although there are good things about the hotel, it is in need of some updating. It felt like a peaceful retreat, but was lacking in atmosphere. No chef on show at breakfast, no scrambled eggs unless requested,or pancakes.

    The hotel considered the agreed price through Booked.net did not include dinner when the reservation I printed out from the web site of Booked.net did include dinner. Disappointing and I am not sure who is at fault
